Accounts
Customers must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and notify us if they believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or misuse.
Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices, promotions and stock indications are provided to help customers place collection requests. Availability may change before an order is picked. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and will tell you where a requested item cannot be supplied.
Click & Collect
Submitting a basket is a request to reserve products from the selected store. The website will make clear when the store has accepted or confirmed the order. Collection times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Customers should quote the order reference when collecting.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website unless we expressly introduce and notify customers of an online-payment feature in future. For the current service, payment is made at the selected store when goods are collected using payment methods accepted by that store.
Age-restricted products
Age-restricted goods are supplied only where permitted by law. An online request does not guarantee a sale. The collecting customer may be required to provide acceptable proof of age, and store staff may refuse a sale where legal age-verification requirements or store policies are not satisfied.
Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Customers may contact the selected store if they need to change or cancel a collection request. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
